The median sale price in Mango Hill has grown to $516,000 compared to just 2 years ago being $456,000.  The Mango Hill area is steadily becoming the place buyers are flocking to move to, with the majority of house sales sitting between $500,000 - $700,000, as shown in the graph below (Source: rp data).




Capital Growth


With capital growth of 8.9% you will not find a better area to invest in either.  Mango Hill capital growth has been strong since 2013 as shown in the graph below and the area has outperformed the surrounding Moreton Bay Region.







Unit & Townhouse Sales

Unit and townhouse sales have grown considerably in Mango Hill over the past 18 months.  The vast majority of units and townhouses have sold for prices between $350,000 - $450,000, with some prestige and boutique townhouses and apartments now achieving prices above $500,000, as shown in the graph below (Source: rp data)
