Moving your Investment to Affinity is a simple process
If your investment is already managed by an agent, it might be time to make a change and experience the Affinity difference. All we require is written authority from you to notify your existing agent. To make switching to us as simple as possible, we will organise everything from getting your authority to notifying your current agent, collecting documents and keys and notifying tenants of the change.

Our routine property inspection reports include photos of the property to provide visual evidence of how the property is being maintained and to hold tenants to account for any damage or repairs that may be needed for a property.
Return on Investment Assistance
Preparation of complimentary cash flow report for a client’s investment property (valued at $137.50 incl GST) for any new properties that come under our management. This report helps clients identify ways they can improve the return on their investment property and also assists with pre-purchase decisions if a client is considering buying NRAS, Non-NRAS or within a SMSF.
Managing payment of all property related expenses for clients properties (rates, insurance, water, pest treatments, smoke alarm servicing, body corp. etc.) so clients receive one simple statement at the end of the financial year to help them prepare their tax returns quickly and at lower cost.
