Senior Property Manager

The Role

The position is full-time and based at our North side Kallangur Office.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced property professional, extremely well presented and have communication skills second to none.  It is expected you will have your full Queensland Real Estate Agent's Licence (or committed to gaining this) and be tertiary qualified in a property related discipline, such as Property Economics, Valuation, Commerce or similar.


About you



  • Previous demonstrated experience in running a department
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Experienced with all systems and processes within Property Management
  • Ability and demonstrated experience in managing a budget
  • End to end Property Management as a Portfolio Property Manager
  • A passion to do things the right way
  • Goal driven to grow the Property Management Department
  • Ability to mentor and guide more junior personnel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an organisation set for big growth
  • Forward thinking regarding systems and processes
  • Strong communicator



  • Previous experience in organically growing a rent roll
  • Training and mentoring experience
  • Trust accounting experience
