Business Development Consultant

As Affinity’s Business Development Consultant, Hayden is responsible for expanding our client base through proactive outreach and relationship building with new potential customers. He is also committed to maintaining relationships with both existing and dormant customers.

Hayden’s interest in real estate is fuelled by his passion for helping people achieve their goals. He is particularly motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the residential sector, which he sees as critical in addressing the challenges posed by Brisbane’s population growth over the next eight years. He is committed to helping clients realize their dreams, even under pressure, and is excited to apply his expertise to make a positive impact in the real estate industry.

Before starting with Affinity, Hayden had three years of experience in construction, where he managed construction accounts focused on assisting construction customers. In his role as account manager for Boral in Civil & Piling SEQ, Hayden learned to be diligent with his time, fully planning out the logistics needed to service his clients and ensuring they feel valued. As part of this role, he was involved in supplying materials for the Esplanade Surfers Paradise, Indooroopilly Roundabout Upgrade, Centenary Bridge Upgrade, Varsity Lakes to Burleigh Heads Pacific Hwy Upgrade and the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre.

 Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in conflict resolution, always striving to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.

Outside of work, Hayden has a lifelong love of music. He was the lead guitarist for the alternative rock band Sunken Hill and served as a radio host for 4ZZZ Community Radio from 2017 to 2019.
