Due to growth of our business, we are now seeking a Full-Time Property Management Trainee to join our dynamic, professional and friendly team.

The position is full-time and will be required to work from our Kallangur Office. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • General administrative duties
  • Filing owner, property and tenant documentation
  • Property administration
  • Assist with property digital marketing and advertising
  • Processing tenancy applications and liaising with owners to confirm tenant selection
  • Assist with tenant sign-ups and property handover
  • Assist with quarterly routine inspections, including photography using company ipad
  • Produce routine inspection reports via PropertyMe and PropertyMe Manager
  • Property management assistance to Property Management Team
  • Assist with entry condition reports for both existing and new managements
  • Assist with exit condition reports
  • Produce high quality entry and exit condition reports including photography
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators
  • Other property management duties as required

We are seeking a motivated, friendly and disciplined Property Professional.

AT A MINIMUM YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Real Estate Registration Certificate (issued by QLD Office of Fair Trading) or be working towards completing your Certificate
  • Open Drivers Licence – with no limitations on your driving
  • Knowledge or practical common sense about property problems and potential problems including gardens, pools, structures, general repairs / maintenance and able to identify a potential or obvious problem / danger
  • Local area knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PropertyMe and REALWORKS
  • Sound knowledge of RTA & POA Act
  • REIQ Property Manager Registration Course – Certificate of Completion (or equivalent) or be working towards completion

MARKETING CONSULTANT (POSITION FILLED)

As an integral member of our close knit team, you’ll have responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns that drive business growth and utilise our extensive real estate systems and software to educate, support and grow business with our clients.  You will ideally have prior experience with website content management systems as well as customer relationship tools, such as WordPress and Active Campaign.

If you have a passion for marketing and want to manage multiple initiatives, driving lead generation and increasing customer engagement, this could be the perfect role for you.  We are looking for a long term employee who wants to grow and develop professionally and be part of a great team environment.

The position will initially be part-time, with a view to full-time on completion of your traineeship.  You will be required to work from our Kallangur Office.

Working closely with our team, you will:

  • Create and execute marketing initiatives – including property launch and promotion activities, digital marketing and lead nurture campaigns – to drive new business, increase retention & engagement for target client segments.
  • Develop and project manage marketing campaigns from end-to-end ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. This will include:
    • New campaign builds
    • Manage all aspects of campaign delivery (inc. media, creative development, production
    • Continually test and learn by utilising A/B testing to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
    • Assess and report on campaign results, implementing improvements where necessary
    • Audience & competitor research
    • Copywriting ads
    • Ongoing campaign optimisation
    • Liaising with our SEO/Content/Web Creative Agency
  • Work closely with all staff within the business to align marketing with their objectives – enabling them with Go To Market collateral, appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Administer CRM system ensuring client data is captured, segmented and automation sequences are correctly triggered within Active Campaign
  • Produce and coordinate engaging and impactful copy, images, blogs and video content for all our current and potential social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Google My Business.
  • Coordinate content for our website and email marketing.
  • Paid Search, Social Media Marketing & marketing automation
  • Assist in the development, implementation and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across search, display, real estate portals & YouTube
  • Reporting on SEO/SEM, website traffic and marketing campaign performance
  • Oversee the design and production of new marketing collateral including print brochures, signage, DL cards, letterbox drops and other material
  • Liaison with media, advertising agencies, creative agencies, stylists and external suppliers – consultants, designers & printers
  • Support and coordinate the establishment of brand/ campaigns for target suburbs and service offerings
  • Maintain register of all media + proactively monitor/ optimise campaigns once they are in market
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports for Sales Team meetings
  • Support Sales & Property Management Teams with:
    • Signboard bookings and installation
    • Coordinate photography, brochures, and floorplans
    • Produce pre-listing kits and listing presentations
    • Organise Just Listed / Just Sold letterbox drops
    • Attend fortnightly sales meetings
    • Ad-hoc marketing/administrative duties as required
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication (or be in the process of completing)
