Katie Olsen is a motivated and dedicated Senior Property Manager with Affinity Property Australia, bringing energy, professionalism, experience, and genuine care to every property she manages. Katie began her real estate career with Affinity and has built her skills through a combination of formal training and hands-on experience — holding a Certificate III in Business and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, and accredited with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) and the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.

Katie manages the full tenancy lifecycle for her landlords — from tenant selection and lease sign-up, through routine inspections, maintenance coordination, rent collection and arrears management, to lease renewals and owner reporting. She also assists with trust accounting within the office, bringing precision and a strong understanding of compliance and financial process to everything she touches.
