Samuel Cooper

Property Management Trainee

Samuel Cooper is a young, dynamic Property Management Trainee with Affinity Property Australia. He is working towards a Cert IV in Real Estate Services. As part of his traineeship role, Samuel uses his open and professional communication style to help owners and tenants with their enquiries by phone or email. He also assists our senior property managers in coordinating repairs and responding to maintenance requests — this ensures that your rental property maintenance is completed promptly and to a high standard.

As well as helping coordinate maintenance, Samuel also supports the team by helping schedule and conduct property inspections. Working alongside more experienced Property Managers, Samuel is mastering the art of preparing and reviewing lease agreements, ensuring that they are properly executed and that all terms are clear to tenants.

Samuel’s interest in real estate was sparked by personal experiences within his family. Several of his family members have been involved in property ownership and shared the challenges they faced with ineffective property management. Learning about the struggles owners go through made him realize how impactful a skilled and attentive property manager can be in maximizing a property’s potential and ensuring a positive experience for both owners and tenants.

He navigates challenges confidently with a customer-focused mindset, adaptability, and integrity. Samuel’s commitment to learning, attention to detail, clear communication, time management, and ethical practice has shaped his growth as a trainee and future property manager.

Outside of work, Samuel has a strong interest in sports, particularly rugby league and basketball. I am an avid supporter of the Brisbane Broncos in Rugby League and the Los Angeles Lakers in basketball. In addition to sports, he values spending quality time with my family and friends. Samuel finds that socializing with loved ones and going out with friends helps him maintain a healthy work-life balance and allows him to recharge.
